Equal pay for equal work

I strongly believe that women should get paid the same amount as men do. I think when I speak for myself I mean all the women out there that get paid little for Rugby World Cup. Women and men are the same and women have the same strength as men do. Therefore, ‘equal pay for equal work’, isn’t it?
